- What is the background of our client? - This time, we were approached by an accounting company, which was located in the United Kingdom. They have been serving their clients placed across the world since the past 7 years. Nearly 1500 companies have been tagged as their satisfied customers. They were specialized in offering services such as financial advising, administrative consulting, HR assistance, accounting management, and business income tax returns.
- Challenges faced by our client. - As they experienced a wider business growth, they wanted to achieve complete accuracy and 100% customer satisfaction. Rather than spending too much on undertaking new resources, they decided to outsource their data entry services to India Data Entry Help as we cater to our client’s demands at an affordable rate. They wanted us to deal with the accounts receivable and payable and daily ledger data entries. We faced the toughest phase in understanding about their business as their clients were spread across various verticals.
- Our Solutions - We made a team consisting of 10 data entry experts and one project manager. A training was conducted before the commencement of the task, in order to make our experts get a fairer view about the client’s business and services.
