- A brief about our client. - Our client was a renowned document management service provider, based in Canada. They were existing in the business since the past 10 years and have been serving the clients from different corners of the world. They help their customers by offering excellent document management solutions as well as scanning and indexing needs.
- What were their challenges? - Our client received a new project wherein they had to print, scan, and capture the data from other resources such as printed forms etc. Though they did the scanning part in-house, they decided to outsource their document management requirements to India Data Entry Help as we were the best solution providers in the market.
